Video: Do what your depression doesn’t want… get up and move!

I had to get out on this nice day. Otherwise, depression would make me stay seated for hours, staring at a screen.

Staying still is exactly what depression wants you to do. Science has proven that a little physical activity improves mood and outlook. In other words, exercise helps with depression.

No matter how hard it feels, hand your depression a loss by being active for a short while! Do it! It’s an act of love for yourself.
